Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and other requests received are subject to the right of Special Day Florist and its personnel to refuse any order without providing a reason. If an order is refused, we will refund or cancel the payment received in full via the original payment method used to place the order.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate your requested changes.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date by 1:00 PM. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Product and Substitution Policy

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent value and quality without prior notice. If we are unable to provide the product or any suitable substitute, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund.

Payment

We accept credit, debit, and charge cards. To ensure maximum security, all payments are processed securely by Stripe (our payment gateway). We never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices do not include shipping fees.
